Aims & Objectives
FBISE Islamabad offers a flexible course of study that gives candidates option to choose subjects of their choice whilst providing them with a broad knowledge base and lifelong skill.
The resulting qualification of SSC provides a foundation for higher level courses, such as FSC, BSC or ‘A’ and ‘AS’ levels.

Exam Procedure
HSSC Assessment Structure
- We are affiliated with Federal Board and the HSSC I and II Board exams are held in March/ April every year.
- We hold 2 monthly tests, Send up exams and Pre Board exams in our system to prepare, assess and evaluate the students.
E-SHEET & OMR-SHEET
Federal board has introduced E-sheet for ON SCREEN marking in all subjects except Urdu, Islamiyat, Pak.-studies and OMR- sheet for MCQs in all subjects from Annual examination 2021 & onwards.
Students are taught accordingly to attempt papers as per new instructions.

How to assist your child
At Roots we have in house clinical psychologist to cater to the emotional psychological needs, mental and social needs of the adolescents by having one to one counselling session. Mentally healthy children are more successful in school and life. Good mental health is critical to children success in school and life.
